| Q. Who runs The Wine Advisor? |
| A. The Wine Advisor is solely owned and operated by Ross Dunning. Yes, a real person! I research wines and pass on my advice to a broad range of private clients in Australia and in many countires around the world. |
| Q. Do you offer wine storage and cellar management services? |
| A. Yes, The Wine Advisor specialises in advising private clients on the best wines for their cellar, the best drinking dates and even wine values if required. The Wine Advisor can offer competitively priced climate controlled wine storage in your own wine vault based in Melbourne. You can have online access to your cellar from anywhere in the world and build your cellar without having to even touch a bottle. |

| Q. Can you help me source particular wines? |
| A. Yes, The Wine Advisor offers most Australian wines for sale on release and can source specific wines on request, given enough time. We can even track the release dates of specific wines on your behalf. And if you don't have the time, we will track wines through the secondary market on your behalf. |

| Q. Do I need to Register to buy wine? |
| A. Yes, we need to have your email and phone contact details to confirm orders and so that we can contact you if there any problems or queries about your order. But there is no charge to Register. To Signup for our wine newsletters, click on the Wine Shop tab and complete the Signup boxes located on the top left hand side of that page. |
| Q. Are there any minimum order amounts required in the Wine Shop? |
| A. In some cases, yes. Not all stock is held in store and in some cases we rely on allocations from our suppliers. So it is not always economical to order in a dozen bottles to fill a customer order of just one bottle. This helps us keep our pricing competitive as well. Please note that delivery charges are also lower (often free) if minimum order requirements are met. |
