It is usually a straight case of the same wine but is sometimes a mixed selection of 2 or 3 different wines. In many cases the wine will get even better with short to medium term cellaring. There is no ongoing commitment. You can choose to stop at anytime (for example if you are away on holidays). There is a guarantee of quality on these wines. Should you not like a particular wine, unopened bottles can be returned for replacement by another wine.
